Our Story

Hi beauty! My name is Bianca, I am a wife, mama-of-two, fur mama, corporate businesswoman, and the founder of KÆNDL & CO. Thank you for stopping by and supporting my small business. It’s because of people like you that I love what I do here, and of course, I want to share how it all started.

In late 2020, my husband and I welcomed our first-born into this crazy world. I have been a candle-lover all my life, so when I started getting headaches from scented candles after we brought our son home, I really started to question the safety, quality, and materials used in what used to be my most favourite candle brands. While on maternity leave, I began doing thorough research on candle effects, premium-quality materials, and how to make candles all while ensuring both the safety of my newborn and that everything could be Canadian-sourced.

Being a first-time mom my priority was my son so, while caring for him, I continued to chip away at experimenting on how to create the perfect candle. In April 2021, KÆNDL & CO. went live and has continued to grow ever since keeping the original mission and reason - all natural, pure soy wax luxury candles that are child-safe, pet-friendly and sustainable - at heart.
